This page contains the current account-opening terms for approved online dealers of The Contrast Theory.
Program Structure
The dealer program uses a direct-to-customer dropshipping model. Dealers sell eligible products through their own storefronts and submit customer order information to The Contrast Theory for fulfillment. Dealers do not need to purchase or store inventory before making a sale.
Dealer Margin
Approved online dealers receive pricing designed to provide a 40% gross margin relative to MAP when an eligible product is sold at MAP. This figure is before the dealer's own merchant-processing fees, advertising, taxes, chargebacks, discounts, and other operating expenses.
How the 40% Dealer Margin Works
The published 40% figure represents the gross difference between MAP and dealer cost on eligible products sold at MAP.
Example: if MAP is $4,000, a 40% gross-margin structure corresponds to a dealer price of $2,400 and a $1,600 gross product margin before payment-processing fees, advertising, taxes, chargebacks, discounts, and other dealer expenses.
Exact product-by-product MAP and dealer pricing is supplied with the dealer resources after account activation. This public example is provided so approved applicants can understand the pricing structure before paying the activation deposit.

Activation Deposit
The standard activation deposit is $299 USD, paid once after the dealer application has been approved and before the reseller account is opened.
The full deposit is credited toward the dealer's first completed product order.
A completed dealer product order is an eligible order submitted through the dealer account that has been paid, accepted by The Contrast Theory, and released for fulfillment. If an order is canceled before completion, the deposit credit is not used. The deposit remains associated with the dealer account until the next completed dealer product order.
On the first completed dealer product order, the amount of the activation deposit is applied directly against the normal dealer price. With the standard $299 deposit, the qualifying first order is therefore $299 less than the normal dealer price. The deposit is not returned separately as a cash refund.
If no completed dealer product order has occurred, the activation deposit remains on the dealer account as an unused credit toward the first qualifying dealer order.
Occasionally, an approved applicant may receive a reduced activation amount in writing. If so, the amount actually paid is credited toward the first completed dealer product order under the same rule.
Shipping and Customs for Dealer Orders
Approved dealer orders can be fulfilled to customer addresses in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The Contrast Theory covers standard shipping charges and applicable customs duties for these approved dealer shipments.
Optional services beyond standard curbside freight, such as installation or white-glove handling, are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Dealer Resources
Dealer materials and ordering information are normally sent within one business day of activation. These may include MAP pricing information, product specifications, high-resolution imagery, marketing materials, and dealer support contact details.
Post-Purchase Support
The Contrast Theory handles product-related post-purchase support for approved dealer orders. This includes product questions, freight-damage coordination, return authorization, and warranty support.
Voluntary returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy. The dealer remains responsible for its own customer payment processing, chargebacks, taxes, advertising, and any additional refund or concession the dealer chooses to provide beyond our published policies.

When a dealer generates a sale, send the customer's name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and any additional order notes to contact@thecontrasttheory.com. Our team coordinates fulfillment and product support.
Security and Independent Verification
The official website for this dealer program is thecontrasttheory.com. Dealer communications use our official @thecontrasttheory.com domain, and activation payments are processed only through thecontrasttheory.com.
We do not request dealer activation payments through cryptocurrency, gift cards, or personal payment accounts.
