Warranty Policy
Last Updated: June 12, 2026
At The Contrast Theory, we are committed to offering high-quality wellness products built for performance, durability, and long-term enjoyment. We stand behind the products we sell and are proud to provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible purchases.
This warranty is designed to protect customers against defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal residential use. Please review the terms below to understand what is covered, what is excluded, and how warranty claims are handled.
1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Every product purchased from The Contrast Theory includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
During the warranty period, The Contrast Theory warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
If a manufacturing defect arises during the warranty period, we will work with the customer to determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include replacement parts, repair assistance, or replacement of the affected product.
The warranty period expires exactly 365 days after delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects that result from the manufacturing process, including faulty materials, defective components, and workmanship issues that affect the normal operation of the product.
Examples of covered issues may include electrical components that fail due to manufacturing defects, structural defects present at the time of production, defective hardware, or mechanical components that do not function as intended under normal use.
Coverage applies only when the product has been installed, operated, and maintained according to the provided instructions and intended use guidelines.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.
Normal wear and tear is also excluded from coverage. Over time, products may naturally experience cosmetic changes resulting from regular use and environmental exposure. Such changes do not indicate a manufacturing defect and are therefore not covered under this warranty.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues such as minor scratches, dents, discoloration, fading, or other aesthetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.
Damage caused by improper electrical connections, power surges, inadequate maintenance, improper storage, freezing conditions, flooding, fire, severe weather, or other external causes is not covered.
Products used in a commercial environment are not covered unless they were specifically sold and approved for commercial use at the time of purchase.
This warranty also does not cover labor costs associated with installation, removal, transportation, assembly, or service visits.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, you must notify The Contrast Theory as soon as the issue is discovered.
To begin a warranty claim, customers must provide their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the affected area. In some cases, additional photographs or video documentation may be requested to assist with diagnosis.
Once all required information has been received, warranty claims are reviewed within five business days.
Our team may provide troubleshooting instructions before determining whether warranty coverage applies. This process helps ensure that minor issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently without unnecessary delays.
Repairs and Replacement Parts
Many warranty claims can be resolved through replacement components rather than replacing the entire product.
When appropriate, The Contrast Theory will provide replacement parts at no cost during the warranty period. Customers may be responsible for installing replacement components unless otherwise required by law.
Providing replacement parts does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
Product Replacement
If a product cannot reasonably be repaired, The Contrast Theory may elect to replace the affected product.
Replacement products may be the same model or a comparable model of equal value and functionality if the original model is no longer available.
Any replacement provided under warranty fulfills the warranty obligation for the original product.
Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
The Contrast Theory's responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to repair, replacement, or replacement parts, as determined at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Contrast Theory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product covered by this warranty.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of enjoyment, loss of use, or costs associated with substitute products or services.
